I like those few moments where you take off your glasses, and everything before you is turned into one big blur. No more specific shapes, fine detail, just splotches of color, one blending into another, the stage lighting mixing with those florescent ones, giving everything a weirdly startling glow. Or maybe that's the soft light coming from the sound panel. Then you fumble your way to the stage, and the sounds seem to get more and more muffled.
Then the lights dim, and you begin.

Ugh. There has to be some sort of rule against having six tests in two days.
With one more on each day, with the exception of Friday.
And a very un-prepared for Drama practical assessment the following Thursday.
I [i]hate[/i] this time of the term. Every term.
The Singapore education system needs some serious reconsideration.
